Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Burn Nav at none against Med Standards's 1. Burn Nav also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and review sentiment (100% vs 75%). Med Standards's advantage is ratings volume (80 vs 2) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
