Eliminating water waste is one of the most important things we can do to ensure a reliable water supply in the Otay Water District's service area and in the general community. By downloading the "Make Every Drop Count" mobile app, you will significantly improve the District's efforts to identify and reduce instances of water waste in our community. In addition to being able to include photos in your report, your location can be geotagged, eliminating the need to provide an address. The "Make Every Drop Count" app is also a hub for articles about the drought, water-saving tips, and more. In this app, you can: Report Water Waste, Find Water-Saving Tips, Find Rebate Information, and Pay Your Water Bill.
