Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Math Learner at 4.6 against Math Olympics's 4.0. Math Learner also leads on ratings volume (121K vs 8) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Math Olympics's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
