The Zoom Passenger app shows the basis of how our passenger apps look and work. This app is not connected to your account so you cannot book your drivers through this app. When we create your own customised passenger app, it would be based upon this design but with your branding and logos, and it would be linked to your dispatcher account. Once a customised passenger app is created for you, your passengers will be able to benefit from the following features: - Easy to book in just two taps - Book now or later jobs - See exactly where the vehicle is - View driver details before starting the journey - Receive updates on the driver's progress - Rate the driver - Pay by cash, card or account
