Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Ouff at 4.3 against RoastKeyboard's 3.7. Ouff also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). RoastKeyboard's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
