Focus & Hold

FOCUS. HOLD. REPEAT. Born from a runner’s rehab. Wall sits, planks, and static holds were easy to prescribe but surprisingly hard to fit into a workday. The natural place turned out to be the break between Pomodoro focus sprints. No app understood that rhythm, so Uncle Rod built one. Focus & Hold pairs a Pomodoro focus timer with guided isometric breaks. Start with 25 minutes of focus or choose your own duration. When time is up, take a Hold break, focus again, or stop. You choose each next step. The complete iPhone app is free. Choose or create a tag, start a Focus countdown, open-ended Stopwatch, or guided Hold interval, pause when life interrupts, and decide what comes next when you finish. ON IPHONE • Unlimited Focus and Hold tags with colors, defaults, sorting, and archiving • Focus countdowns or an open-ended Stopwatch, with pause and resume • Personal Progress with tomatoes, weekly activity, and milestones derived from your retained history • Guided isometric work/rest Hold intervals with saved exercise plans • Change or clear session tags after finishing or later in History • Pause, resume, skip, and adjust Hold transitions • Private history synced through your personal iCloud • Optional write-only export of completed sessions to Calendar • No account, ads, analytics, tracking, or developer server ON APPLE WATCH Watch Unlock adds the complete wrist experience as an optional one-time purchase. Run Focus countdowns or Stopwatch sessions from your tags, feel work/rest haptics, see live heart rate, and save isometric Hold workouts to Health so they can count toward your rings. Eligible purchases support Family Sharing. Customers who owned the original paid app keep Apple Watch access.
