Using smartphones or tablets, follow simple steps to video and photograph vehicles and gas levels, then review videos and photos upon return. Damage iD provides before and after video and photo comparisons to help you prove and collect for minor damage. Photographic proof lets agents show, not tell, customers about damage or fuel charges. By signing off on video and photos, customers and drivers know they won’t be blamed for pre-existing damage. All of this ultimately goes to your bottom line.
