Sky Duty is the all-in-one flight operations app for aviation teams that need more than a logbook or an EFB. Schedule your fleet, log flights, track expenses, manage maintenance, and coordinate crews -- all from your iPhone or iPad. Works offline. VISUAL FLEET SCHEDULING See your entire fleet on one board. The Gantt-style timeline puts aircraft as rows and trips as bars, color-coded by operation type -- Part 91, Part 135, training, maintenance, positioning. Day, 3-day, week, and month views. Tap an empty slot to create a trip. Tap a bar to see full details. Share schedules with crew via ICS calendar feeds. DIGITAL PILOT LOGBOOK Log flights in seconds with template-driven entry. Auto-fill from completed trips -- no double entry. Track Hobbs, tach, takeoffs, landings, day/night, conditions, and custom fields your operation needs. 47,000+ airports built in. Export to PDF or CSV for FAA records. MAINTENANCE THAT TRACKS ITSELF Inspections, squawks, and compliance deadlines tied to each aircraft. See which planes are due, overdue, or grounded at a glance. Mechanics can file squawks with photos. Track ADs, 100-hour inspections, annuals, and custom intervals by date or Hobbs hours. EXPENSE MANAGEMENT Fuel, FBO fees, hotels, catering -- attached to trip containers so you know the true cost of every flight. Scan receipts with your camera. Filter by aircraft, trip, category, or date range. Export for accounting. INVOICING Create and manage invoices directly from Sky Duty. Turn eligible trip expenses into billable items, tag expenses to invoices, track invoice status, and keep billing connected to the same schedule, logbook, and expense records your team already uses. CREW COORDINATION Assign PIC, SIC, and crew to every trip. Role-based permissions control who can see what -- from line pilots to dispatchers to owners. Custom roles with granular access control. LIVE AVIATION WEATHER Radar, METARs, AIRMETs, SIGMETs, PIREPs, and TFRs on an interactive map. Weather conditions shown on scheduled flights so you can see what you are flying into before you go.
