Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is update cadence: NavPlayer at every 2 weeks against مولانا's every 5 months. مولانا's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 7) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

مولانا holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: مولانا has 1.6K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of مولانا's written reviews are positive against 100% of NavPlayer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

مولانا ships an update every 5 months, NavPlayer every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
