All actions are fully synchronized with the AFAS software. So everyone works together with the same software, whether you're at home, in the office or on the road. De meest volledige flexportal app in de markt! De app is volledig geredesigned op basis van de e-UUR portal! Dit betekent dat u de volledige vernieuwde interface ook kunt gebruiken in de app. De app is nu echt een verlengstuk van de e-UUR portal. Hierdoor zijn features zoals de stream, digitaal op contract nemen en het actieoverzicht nu ook beschikbaar in de app. Daarnaast kunt u met de digitale handtekening onder meer arbeidscontracten, inleen-, fase- en bruikleenovereenkomsten volledig rechtsgeldig digitaal ondertekenen. In de e-UUR-app kunnen flexkrachten online gewerkte uren bijhouden, maar ook urenbriefjes, loonstroken en overige documenten bekijken en digitaal ondertekenen. De app is voorzien van een start-stop-functie met gps, waarmee de flexkracht aan kan geven hoe laat zijn werkzaamheden voor een specifieke dag starten en eindigen. Daarnaast kunnen in de app onkosten en reserveringen worden geschreven. Hierbij kan de flexkracht ook bijlages uploaden, denk bijvoorbeeld aan een foto van een bonnetje of treinkaartje. Uiteraard kunnen inleners nog steeds enkelvoudige urenbriefjes invullen en urenbriefjes goedkeuren. Ook kan de inlener gemakkelijk via de stream urenbriefjes zoeken en heeft de inlener ook toegang tot zijn digitale dossier, waaronder zijn facturen. Als leverancier zijnde kunt nu ook flexkrachten inschrijven met de app en kunt u met pushnotificaties nog sneller met uw doelgroep communiceren. De pushberichten worden alleen verstuurd naar flexkrachten en inleners die de app geïnstalleerd hebben, andere gebruikers ontvangen het bericht als e-mail in hun mailbox.
