Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Milwaukee® ONE at fortnightly against Pre's every 7 months. Milwaukee® ONE also leads on ratings volume (7.7K vs 1). Pre's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
