Kwindoo Race Committee is for regatta administrators and organisers using KWINDOO services for their sailing regattas. Use Kwindoo Buoy Positioner application in conjunction with a KWINDOO organised regatta to finalise previously, provisionally set buoy positions at their final and exact location. In real life take your phone aboard the organiser boat in charge of setting up the waypoints of a race and use the application to reposition the selected provisional buoys in the desired final locations for the race you are building. The revised location settings will be automatically transferred to your regatta as final buoy positions. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Features: Supports the full 'Rule 26' and Match Racing 'Rule C3' start sequence and scoring from the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) Supports Finish Time logging and Race Scoring for Time-on-Distance PHRF races as well as Time-on-Time systems (SCHRS, IRC, and Portsmouth Yardstick).
