HomeTendr keeps household maintenance, items, and renovation history organized in one place — with an AI assistant that actually knows your home. Whether you live alone, with a partner, or with a whole family, HomeTendr turns home care into a routine you can keep. Instead of scattered notes and last-minute reminders, you get one shared system for everything a home needs. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Tasks & recurring reminders Create one-off or repeating tasks for anything a home needs — filters, gutters, smoke detectors, boiler service. Choose fixed schedules or "repeat from completion". Today and Upcoming views keep the next few weeks in sight. • Areas Model your home the way you think about it — rooms, floors, outdoor spaces — with a parent/child hierarchy. Every task and item lives under an area, so you always know what belongs where. • Items Track warranties, manuals, and service history for everything in your home. Attach documents and photos, and get a heads-up before a warranty runs out. • Renovations Log one-off projects — repainting a room, replacing the roof — so you always know what was done, when, and in which area. A year-by-year timeline of everything you've put into your home. • AI assistant Ask what needs attention this week and get suggested tasks based on your home's real data. You approve or dismiss every suggestion — the assistant never acts without you. • Shared homes Invite the rest of your household with a code or QR scan. Everyone sees the same tasks, areas, and history. One subscription covers the whole home — no separate accounts, no separate bills. • Notifications & widget Due-date reminders that respect your schedule, a Home Screen widget for today's and overdue tasks, and notifications when a household member completes something. • House health A single overview of what is overdue, which warranties are about to expire, and how your home is doing. PLANS HomeTendr is free to start. Pro and Max unlock more items, areas, and members, documents and photos, more AI usage, and API access — with a 14-day free trial.
