idMax SDK app is a showcase for a secure, on-premise SDK for scanning ID cards, credit cards, and other documents with high speed and precision. The software not only scans text data, but also extracts barcodes, face photos, signatures, and other graphical zones. The app demonstrates how to improve user experience in identity verification, ID photo and selfie comparison, and many other use cases. idMax SDK supports about 3000 document types issued by 210+ territories in more than 100 languages. The SDK scans ID cards and residence permits, international passports, driver's licenses, visas, and other travel- and residence-related documents issued by countries of the European Union, South, Central, and North America, Australia, Oceania, and New Zealand, the Middle East and Far East, other Asian countries, and Africa. idMax SDK app does NOT transfer, save, or store the extracted data — the recognition process runs entirely in the local RAM of the device. The app does NOT require internet access.
