FMS Calculator vs eSUPPO

An official U.S. Navy mobile application produced by the PMW 240 Program This mobile app calculates “what if” Final Multiple Scores (FMS) for E4 to E6 enlisted Sailors eligible for advancement to pay grades E5 to E7. This calculator gives Sailors a total score based on the input of individual FMS elements and provides helpful information for navigating the FMS parameters and elements. The FMS Calculator app also provides an FMS pie chart breakdown and a historical view by branch class, exam rate, and group, if applicable. In this release, E4 has been removed from the mobile app, as E4 advancement is no longer determined by FMS. This release includes the latest E5/6/7 FMS minimum cut scores. KEY FEATURES -- FMS Calculator: A simple single-screen display enables users to populate FMS elements with data representing individual accomplishments and other required data. The calculator features drop-down menus and value inputs that allow users to explore “what if” scenarios. -- FMS History: The FMS Calculator app features numerical and graphical views of “what if” FMS scenarios compared to historical FMS minimum cut scores. -- Personalization: The FMS Calculator mobile app is programmed to account for the different formulas used at each pay grade and gives users the ability to display maximum points that can be accumulated for each element. -- Policy/Guidance: The app includes links to specific policy in the Navy Advancement Manual, NEAS NAVADMINS, and helpful Navy-sponsored websites with FAQs and NEAS information. FMS Content Notice: Some information contained in the application may be out of date or no longer valid. This information is checked periodically for accuracy and updated as needed via the release of periodic FMS software updates.

Supply Officers (SUPPOs) and others in the Supply Corps community can quickly access Supply Corps information using the new eSUPPO app. You no longer have to log on to multiple websites to find what you need. You can quickly find NAVSUP news, billet listings, educational program information, NAVSUP instructions, and links to related Facebook pages and websites. Using eSUPPO, you can contact your detailer, access forms, and provide feedback via various surveys. eSUPPO can be used offline. Previously downloaded content can be viewed even when you have no Wi-Fi or cell service. When you’re online, content automatically updates.
