Spades Mobile is a very popular trick-taking card game. The goal of the game is to take at least the number of tricks that were bid before each hand. The game is played in teams and spades are the trump. Your partner sits in front of you and the deals are played clockwise. If you and your partner win as many tricks as the bid you made together, your team gains 10 points for each trick. If your team wins fewer tricks than the bid, you lose 10 points for each bid trick. In order to win you need to make as many points as possible. FEATURES - Advanced computer players - Saves the state of the current game - Option to change winning conditions: i) reach 300 or 500 points, ii) play 4, 8 or 16 hands - Option to change bags points: -1, 0 or 1 point - Option to change bags penalty: 0 or -100 points - Statistics for the games you played - Intuitive interface - High resolution graphics that looks great on both tablets and phones - Nice music and sound effects TIPS - Before each round you place a bid. This bid represents the number of tricks you think you can take in that round. - If you and your partner take more tricks than the bid, each additional trick counts as a bag. Per default, for each bag you get 1 point. For every 10 bags you collect, per default you get a 100 points penalty. - If one player bids nil (0 tricks) and doesn't take any trick, he will win 100 points for the team. If he takes one or more tricks, the team will lose 100 points. - The value of the cards grows in this order: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King and Ace. - Players must follow suit. If you don't have a card of the suit which started the trick, you can place any card. - Spades are always trump. You can only play a card of spades if you cannot follow suit. Once a card of spades is played it is said that the spades are broken. After this moment you can start a trick by playing a card of spades. - If the cards in the trick are not spades, the card that follows suit and has the biggest value wins the trick. If cards of spades are played, then the highest card of spades wins the trick. If you have any technical problems, please email us directly at support@gsoftteam.com. Our game is free to play and no signup is required. Spades is a trick-taking game played by 4 people who are divided into teams of 2, with team players sitting across from each other. Teamwork, skillful bidding, and strategic cooperation are key to winning the game. The goal of the game is to get your team to 500 points. Cards are ranked from Ace being the highest value to 2 being the lowest. At the start of the game, each player is dealt 13 cards, and the player to the left of the dealer goes first. In each round, players bid on how many tricks they can take. Each team combines their bids to determine how many tricks they have to take to avoid negative points. Players must follow the suit of the card that has been laid down before their turn. If they don't have that suit on hand, they can play any card, except a suit of Spades, on the first trick. A suit of Spades can be played once they've been "broken" and have become the "trump" suit. After each hand, scores are calculated. A team will receive 10 points per trick bid if they meet or exceed their bid, with 1 point for each extra trick taken. If a team fails to meet their bid, they'll get 10 points deducted from their score for each trick bid. Every 10 extra tricks, also called bags, a team accumulates costs the team 100 points. The game ends when a team either reaches 500 points or falls below -200 points. The highest-scoring team wins.
