Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 梦境生成器 at 5.0 against 美册's 4.3. 梦境生成器 also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). 美册's advantage is ratings volume (54 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 美册 sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and 梦境生成器 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
梦境生成器 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 美册 has 54 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of 美册's written reviews are positive against 100% of 梦境生成器's.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
