Where did you buy that piece? What locality is it from? Which case is it in now? Specimen Log (標本帳) is a mineral collection management app. Record and organize every specimen — photos, locality, purchase source, price, storage location, and more. ------------------ WHAT YOU CAN DO ------------------ ▷ Record your specimens Save mineral name, locality, origin details, size, hardness, crystal system, purchase source, price, purchase date, condition, and free-form notes — all stored per specimen. ▷ Attach photos Add photos from your library or shoot directly in-app. Register multiple photos per specimen and swipe through them on the detail screen. ▷ Organize with tags Create custom tags for color, locality, show name, price range, or storage notes. Filter by multiple tags at once to narrow down exactly what you need. ▷ Switch your view Toggle between list view and gallery view. Browse by photo or scan purchase info and pricing at a glance. ▷ Manage shelves & cases (Pro) Register shelves and cases to track exactly where each specimen lives. No more forgetting which cabinet holds which piece. ▷ Analyze your collection (Pro) View spending by year and by purchase source, plus counts by locality and tag — all in charts. See exactly how your collection has grown over time. ▷ Wishlist for your next show Note the specimens you're hunting for at your next mineral show or shop. Convert wishlist items to full specimen records after purchase. Up to 10 items free; unlimited with Pro. ▷ Share your specimens Create a share card combining the photo and details from any specimen — easy to post on social media or share with fellow collectors. ▷ Export & import your data Export as CSV (data only) or as a ZIP with photos — free for everyone. You can also import files previously exported from this app to restore your collection. Useful for valuations, insurance records, selling reference, or moving to a new device. ------------------ WHO IT'S FOR ------------------ • Collectors who pick up multiple pieces at mineral shows (Tucson, Denver, local fairs) • Anyone who has lost locality or source info when a label fell off • Collectors tracking things in spreadsheets who want something purpose-built • Anyone whose collection has grown too large to manage mentally • Collectors who want photos, purchase history, and storage location in one place • Anyone building a wishlist before the next show ------------------ NOT AN AI IDENTIFIER ------------------ This is not an app that identifies rocks from photos. It is a collection log — a place to record specimens you have purchased or collected, in your own words. Works for rare localities, personally collected pieces, and anything AI would never know. ------------------ YOUR DATA STAYS LOCAL ------------------ All specimen data and photos are stored on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing is sent to external servers. No account registration required. ------------------ PRICING ------------------ • Free: up to 10 specimens, up to 10 wishlist items. Data export & import included • Pro (one-time purchase): unlimited specimens, unlimited wishlist, shelf/case management, collection analysis No subscription. No recurring fees. Ever. ------------------ Developer: Kore Apps Contact: support@kore-apps.com ------------------
