About

Adherence

Features

Adherence is a tactical strength and hybrid training system built for operators — not gym tourists. Where recreational fitness chases muscle damage and endless volume, Adherence engineers absolute neuromuscular efficiency and continuous operational readiness: real functional strength, built without burning out your central nervous system. Adherence requires an auto-renewing subscription to access its training features. Start with a 7-day free trial, then continue with a Monthly or Annual plan. All features described below are part of the Premium subscription. THE SCIENCE OF READINESS More is not better. Volume is a tool, not a goal. Adherence is built on the Minimum Effective Dose (MED) principle — applying the exact stimulus required to force an adaptation, and nothing more. You train hard, recover fully, and show up ready every single day. THE AUTOREGULATION ENGINE This is what sets Adherence apart. A proprietary algorithm tracks your Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) against each day's prescribed CNS taxation. Push to absolute failure on a recovery day and the engine automatically down-regulates your future loads — protecting you from overtraining and central nervous system burnout before it happens. Your program adapts to you, not the other way around. PROGRAM PHASES Begin in the Vanguard Phase to establish your baseline telemetry and build a foundation. Execute the prescribed loads with absolute violence of action to graduate into advanced tiers — Overwatch for sustained readiness, and Echelon for Tier 1 escalation. PREMIUM FEATURES (require subscription) Dynamic load calculation driven by daily RPE logging Strict CNS taxation management to prevent injury and plateaus Multi-phase tactical programming: Vanguard, Overwatch, Echelon Clean, military-grade interface for distraction-free execution After Action Reports tracking session yield and lifetime tonnage Available in 25 languages Whether you're a tactical athlete, a hybrid lifter, or an operator who needs to stay mission-ready, Adherence delivers a strength program with the discipline of a deployment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
