Record videos of yourself talking as a celebrity, politician, or even a realistic painting or doll. Then save the video or share it on iMessage, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or other social media sites. Talkr Live's advanced 3D algorithms detect your facial movements and apply them to the photo, making you instantly more attractive and popular. OK, maybe not more popular, but you can choose to be whoever you want to be! You can also switch between multiple faces in the same photo, or between different photos in the same video. Talkr Live works best on iPhones with a depth camera (iPhone X, XS, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 12, 12 Pro, 12 mini), but any iPhone 6S or later model will work. In-app purchases allow you to create high resolution videos and videos without the Talkr logo. All other features are free.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Talkr at 9K against Talkr Live's 846. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Talkr sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Talkr Live sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Talkr against 4.6 for Talkr Live. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Talkr has 9K ratings behind it against 846, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 60% of Talkr's written reviews are positive against 52% of Talkr Live's.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
