Track more than 100 health data types with clear, concise charts, trends, goals, progress and statistics, helping you better understand how your health evolves over time. wHealth works completely independently on your iPhone, without requiring an Apple Watch. It is an excellent companion to the Apple Health app. For Apple Watch users, wHealth also lets you access your data directly from your wrist. With a full year of historical data and a wide range of charts, explore your health data over different time periods and easily compare your values over time. Use iPhone and Apple Watch widgets to view the data that matters to you directly from your Home Screen, Lock Screen and watch faces. HEALTH DATA Most of the data displayed by wHealth comes from the Apple Health (HealthKit) database on your iPhone. wHealth also supports certain data that are not yet available in HealthKit. This data is automatically synchronized between your devices. PRIVACY Like any iOS app using HealthKit, wHealth requires your permission to access your health data. Read access is required to display your data in the dashboard. Write access allows you to add new data points. Your HealthKit data remains in the HealthKit database and is not transmitted anywhere else. Cached data is stored locally on your devices (iPhone and Apple Watch) to speed up dashboard display. It is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled. wHealth, your everyday companion for exploring and understanding your health data.
