When the cleaner leaves our office, having been assigned your appointment, the cleaner will set their status to ‘On the way’, meaning you know when they are on the way to your home. Upon arrival, your cleaner will set their status to ‘Start’, meaning you know exactly when they’ve started cleaning your home. When the work is complete, your cleaner will set their status to ‘Finish’, so you know that your house is now spic-and-span, and the only finger you’ve lifted is the one you use to operate your smartphone! The app even has a handy integrated map, meaning you can see the exact location of your cleaner, and you can then easily determine the time of their arrival, and allocate time for cleaning so that you can be dealing with other affairs when they arrive.
