Elle propose une terminologie restreinte, consensuelle et de référence pour décrire, coder et illustrer l'ensemble des aspects observés en endoscopie bronchique. Le terme juste en bronchoscopie est le pari de cet atlas : illustrer les mots par l'image pour offrir un langage commun aux praticiens expérimentés comme aux endoscopistes en formation, et standardiser la transmission, le codage et l'archivage de l'information.
