Snap a photo of a piece of equipment or scan its QR tag to pull up its history, then file a ticket and assign it. Assets and their service records live in one place. Keep a full history for every asset. Add equipment by photographing the nameplate, and the app reads it into a record. Look up any asset later to see what was done and when. Built for the staff and client accounts that Ringwood sets up. A login is required. More about Ringwood at ringwood.ai.
