Resmî Uygulama Bildirimi Bu uygulama, 1136 Sayılı Avukatlık Kanunu ile kurulmuş İstanbul Barosu tarafından resmî olarak geliştirilmiş ve yayımlanmıştır. İstanbul Barosu bir kamu kurumu niteliğinde meslek kuruluşu olup T.C. devletinin resmî bir organı değildir. e-Duruşma izin verilen kullanıcılar için elektronik ortamda video konferans altyapısı ile mahkeme duruşmalarına katılım sağlayan bir uygulamadır. e-Duruşma Adalet Bakanlığı bünyesinde geliştirilen aracı bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı direkt çalıştırarak duruşmaya katılamazsınız. Avukat portal sayfası üzerinden ya da Celse uygulamasından izin verilen duruşmaya katılım sağlamanıza olanak sağlar. Uygulamayı sorunsuz kullanabilmeniz için duruşma katılımcı sayısına göre 3 kişilik bir konferans için yaklaşık 10Mbit download ve 2Mbit upload hızlarına sahip olmanız önerilir. Mümkünse bir kablosuz ağ kullanmanız, daha verimli bir video konferans görüşmesi yapabilmenize olanak sağlar.
