MedScanner — Medical Device Inventory & Label Scanner Keep track of medical supplies effortlessly. MedScanner turns your iPhone into a powerful inventory tool: point the camera at a label, and the app automatically extracts the product name, REF, LOT number, and expiry date. No manual typing, no spreadsheets, no internet connection required. Designed for clinics, pharmacies, dental offices, veterinary practices, medical warehouses, and anyone who needs to stay on top of medical device inventory and expiry dates. KEY FEATURES ◆ Smart Label Scanning Capture medical device labels with automatic edge detection and perspective correction. The app reads both standard text and GS1 DataMatrix barcodes — the industry standard for medical device identification. ◆ Automatic Data Extraction REF, LOT, expiry date, and manufacturing date are recognized and filled in automatically. Review and confirm before saving — every field stays editable. ◆ Multiple Lists Organize inventory the way you work. Create separate lists for different departments, storage rooms, kits, or product categories. Each list gets its own icon and color for quick visual access. ◆ Expiry Date Tracking Color-coded badges show at a glance what's expired, expiring within 30 days, expiring within 90 days, or safe. Filter by expiry status, sort by date added, expiry, or name. ◆ Photo Documentation Attach multiple photos of the original label and packaging to every item. Full-screen viewer with pinch-to-zoom. ◆ Move & Organize Move items between lists individually or in bulk. Multi-select mode for fast batch actions. ◆ Export & Share Export any list to CSV (Excel-compatible) or PDF for record-keeping, audits, or sharing with colleagues. ◆ Works Offline All recognition happens on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No cloud, no servers, no data leaves your iPhone. Your inventory stays private. ◆ Built for iOS Native SwiftUI app with full support for Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, light and dark mode, and Russian and English interfaces.
