Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: VIP at none against Fedway's shown. VIP also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 21 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Fedway's advantage is rating (3.7 vs 3.4) and ratings volume (18 vs 5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
