The information is designed to provide health-care professionals with clinical actions, assist decision-making and be available at the click of a button on your personal device. The CKD-Go! app includes a CKD staging calculator using eGFR and urine albumin:creatinine ratio data to identify clinical action plans relevant for the stage of CKD.
