Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Bati Bleki at 5.0 against Telearuba's 2.6. Bati Bleki also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Telearuba's advantage is ratings volume (185 vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
