With the PrepayPower App, managing your account and electricity usage has never been easier. With just a few taps, you can quickly and easily add credit to your account, as well as view your history to see the amount and date of your last 20 top-ups. Smart Pay and Smart Pay+ customers can access hourly, daily, and weekly usage stats. Smart Pay customers can also check their updated balance every 24 hours, while Smart Pay+ users get balance updates every hour. For Smart Pay+ customers, the PrepayPower Savings feature allows you to put some money aside for a rainy day or budget for increased winter usage. With the PrepayPower App, taking control of your energy has never been simpler.
