Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: SystemEye at 4.7 against AX's 3.2. SystemEye also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (524 vs 17). AX's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 40%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

SystemEye holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SystemEye has 524 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of AX's written reviews are positive against 40% of SystemEye's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
