Overview ** WatchHR works with both the SquadHR and TeamHR apps on iPhone or iPad. WatchHR lets you transmit heart rate data from your Apple Watch, replacing the need for a Bluetooth heart rate sensor. It sends your heart rate to the SquadHR or TeamHR app on an iPhone or iPad, where it can be displayed on a large TV. Now you can easily share your heart rate in group fitness classes or team practice sessions—using just your Apple Watch! You can download SquadHR for iPhone on the App Store here: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6468002688 You can download TeamHR for iPhone on the App Store here: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6739381886 Features - Works just like a Bluetooth heart rate sensor with the SquadHR and TeamHR apps - Runs independently on your Apple Watch—no companion iPhone app required! - Provides a stable Bluetooth connection from your Apple Watch to the SquadHR or TeamHR app - Sends heart rate data to SquadHR on your trainer's device, or to TeamHR on your coach's device - Displays real-time heart rate (BPM), heart rate zone (color-coded), training load (% max HR), active energy (Cals), training score (TRIMP), time in zone, and session duration - Provides recovery and maximum heart rate zone transition alerts - Shows a status indicator for the connection to the SquadHR and TeamHR apps - Option to save workouts to the Apple Health app Install Install WatchHR on your Apple Watch without searching the App Store (recommended): 1. Text the WatchHR link to yourself (or open one sent by your trainer or coach). https://apps.apple.com/app/id6783612023 2. On your Apple Watch, open Messages and tap the link. 3. Tap Get to install. Tip: Tap the link on the watch, not the iPhone. Setup Set up WatchHR to work with the SquadHR or TeamHR app: 1. Launch WatchHR on your Apple Watch, then swipe left to the Settings screen. 2. Note the 5-character Apple Watch ID and send it to your trainer or coach. They'll add it to your profile in the SquadHR or TeamHR app. 3. Swipe right back to the Start screen and tap the Start button. 4. Once a session starts in the SquadHR or TeamHR app, WatchHR connects automatically and your heart rate appears on the scoreboard. 5. Tap the left progress button to view your active energy or training score. 6. Tap the right timer button to view your session duration or time in zone. 7. To end the session from your Apple Watch, swipe right and slide the End button.
