Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Maratón Valencia at 4.1 against Elitechip's 1.0. Maratón Valencia also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (15 vs 1). Elitechip's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
