Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: NetLove at 96% against BTV Go's 31%. NetLove also leads on rating (3.8 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (4 vs 1). BTV Go's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
