Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Spaceflight Simulator at 4.8 against Isotopolis's 4.2. Spaceflight Simulator also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 37 months) and ratings volume (98K vs 10). Isotopolis's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 11) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
