Daily Readiness

Wake up knowing how much to move today. Today's Workout rates the sleep, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability and breathing rate your Apple Watch recorded overnight, together with your week's activity, against research-based targets on a 1–5 scale, and suggests a workout type and duration to match. FEED — YOUR MORNINGS, ON THE RECORD The home screen keeps a running feed of what happened: today's score, workout celebrations, and — when your level changes during the day — why it changed ("more sleep data came through, so the ceiling on your score lifted"). No more silent number changes. TODAY'S CONDITION A 1–5 rating built from sleep duration, sleep efficiency, weekly cardio, strength training, resting heart rate, HRV and breathing rate, each scored against research-based targets, with how each compares to your usual shown alongside. TODAY'S WORKOUT A metric briefing plus a concrete suggestion: minimum (WHO daily share), optimal (matched to your condition and training load), and this week's remaining headroom. Every number is derived from published research, and Settings > Privacy and app info > "How is the score calculated?" lays out the evidence and its limits. PAST 7 DAYS Sleep chart and workout summary — days without data are shown apart from rest days. AND MORE - A celebration when you finish a workout, and a morning score notification - Daily fortune: a bit of fun to start the day, fully separate from health data - 4 languages (English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish), home & lock screen widgets PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data never leaves your device. All computation happens on your iPhone. Our server stores only account info (email, display language), a once-a-day usage signal (a random install ID, the date and app version, not linked to your account), crash and freeze reports (on by default; you can turn them off in Settings), and other error reports only if you turn them on. None of these include health values or scores. Every analysis feature works without an account. Requires an Apple Watch for overnight measurements (sleep, HRV, wrist temperature). Today's Workout is not a medical device and is not a substitute for medical advice. Scores and guidance are wellness information to help you choose workout intensity and rest.
