Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Epic Old at 5.0 against fitli's 3.2. Epic Old also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). fitli's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (24 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
