Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: TV BRICS at 100% against VEGjournal's 41%. TV BRICS also leads on update cadence (every 6 months vs every 46 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). VEGjournal's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
