Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Drobot at Free against Silverfish DX's $1.99. Drobot also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 21 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 71%). Silverfish DX's advantage is ratings volume (39 vs 3). On rating, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Drobot is free to download; Silverfish DX costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Silverfish DX holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Silverfish DX has 39 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Silverfish DX's written reviews are positive against 100% of Drobot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Silverfish DX ships an update every 21 months, Drobot every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
