Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: F1 MexicoGP at 5.0 against Formula E's 4.2. F1 MexicoGP also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). Formula E's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
F1 MexicoGP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Formula E has 1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Formula E ships an update every 3 weeks, F1 MexicoGP every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
