It does not operate as a standalone review tool. cineSync iOS works in conjunction with services such as Shotgun and ftrack to access media and also supports ftp. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: cineSync at 5.0 against Previs Shot's 4.0. cineSync also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). Previs Shot's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

cineSync holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Previs Shot has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
