Verdict
ICD 10 Coding Guide and ICD10 Diseases Classifications both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of ICD10 Diseases Classifications's written reviews are positive against 17% of ICD 10 Coding Guide's. ICD10 Diseases Classifications also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 12 months). ICD 10 Coding Guide's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (167 vs 16). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
