Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Multicam at 5.0 against Explote's 3.9. Multicam also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 months). Explote's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
