MyMetraKey vs Active ID

The MyMetraKey (MMK) app gives you the freedom to remotely book, use and manage your Metra smart locker via your smartphone. With one click your locker will unlock and the locker doors will spring open (or unlock, in case of using Metra's push-open smart lock). Remote, touchless and secure. Almost magic like. The MMK gives total freedom to both staff and management. Pre-book/allocate a locker to have one waiting for you on arrival, assign cleaning and/or maintenance of your lockers, and also open your locker for other staff members when working remotely (or when on a well-deserved vacation). Use the MMK app in your office, school, hospital and elsewhere as a sole 'key' for your locker or in combination with your access card/badge. The MMK app can be used with personal and shared/group lockers (when you have access to a group locker). The MMK app is suitable for all working and other environments, from traditional to highly dynamic ones (ABW).

Active ID has a secure connection with card management system CardsOnline. Administrators can design, manage, and issue Active IDs in CardsOnline to card holders. The card holder can accept and open their Active ID to use as Employee Badge, Student ID, Member ID, or temporary ID in the Active ID Application. An Active ID has a secure active connection with CardsOnline and is always up to date. Changes to data can be pushed immediately. The Active ID App is fully localized, the uses the language of the cardholders’ device. The login for this application offers extra security with the option to login using Touch & Face ID.
