Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: MaçVar at weekly against Lig Radyo's every 3 months. MaçVar also leads on review sentiment (40% vs 18%). Lig Radyo's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
