You plan to lay tiles in your house or work as a tiler? This app helps you to plan the laying of the tiles. After entering all necessary information, the area with the tiles will be displayed. The tiles can be moved within the area with your finger. This makes it possible to optimally place the tiles to avoid very narrowly cut tiles. If you are satisfied with the positioning of the tiles, you can view the cut tiles with the dimensions. The total number of tiles and the number of cut tiles are also displayed. Only 6 steps are necessary: 1. Select area type 2. Input the area dimensions 3. Input the tile size 4. Enter the grout line width 5. Select the laying pattern 6. Enter the project name

About

SaorviewMap

Features

SaorviewMap is the essential tool for anyone setting up a Saorview aerial in Ireland. Find nearby transmitters, calculate the perfect bearing, check line of sight, and aim your aerial — all from your iPhone or iPad. FIND TRANSMITTERS Discover every Saorview transmitter in Ireland — 11 main sites and 55 relays — using GPS or by entering an Eircode. Sort by distance, signal strength, or power. Filter by search radius and minimum power to focus on the stations that matter. AIM YOUR AERIAL Use the live compass bearing to find the direction to any transmitter. The interactive map draws a line from your location to the station. Drag your position pin to test from different spots — perfect for planning where to mount your aerial. AR POINTER Point your phone's camera toward the transmitter and follow the on-screen crosshair. Chevrons at the screen edges guide you which way to turn. The crosshair turns green and gives a haptic tap when you're locked on target. CHECK LINE OF SIGHT The Signal Path Profile shows the terrain elevation between you and the transmitter. See at a glance whether hills or obstructions might block your signal before you install. COVERAGE RECOMMENDATIONS SaorviewMap analyses all nearby transmitters and recommends the best one for your location based on estimated signal strength and line-of-sight data. FULL CHANNEL LINEUP FROM EVERY TRANSMITTER Unlike some countries, all Saorview transmitters — both main sites and relays — carry both multiplexes. You get the full channel lineup wherever you are: RTÉ One HD, RTÉ2 HD, Virgin Media One, Two, Three and Four, TG4 HD, Sky News, and all RTÉ radio services. COMPLETE STATION DATA Every transmitter includes full technical details: power (kW ERP), polarisation, site and antenna height, UHF channel numbers for both multiplexes, and estimated field strength at your location. KEY FEATURES - 66 Irish Saorview transmitters from ComReg / 2rn data - GPS and manual location (Eircode, address, or coordinates) - Live compass with true and magnetic bearings - AR Pointer with crosshair, directional chevrons, and haptic feedback - Signal Path Profile with elevation chart and line-of-sight detection - Interactive maps with draggable location pin (standard, hybrid, satellite) - Coverage recommendations - Channel guide for both Saorview multiplexes - Save multiple locations for quick switching - Works offline (core transmitter database built in) - No account required, no tracking, no ads Built by Arctic Surf Designs — makers of antenna pointing apps for over 10 years.
