Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PC浏览器 at 4.8 against 比特球网盘's 2.2. PC浏览器 also leads on review sentiment (96% vs 72%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). 比特球网盘's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
