Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Raffle Name at 4.7 against Raffle Tickets's 3.8. Raffle Name also leads on ratings volume (5.6K vs 20). Raffle Tickets's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
