The CodeBox Electronic Lockbox was developed at the request of Realtor organizations that wanted a lockbox system without spending too much money on a restrictive long-term contract for a system that had outdated technology, while providing more security to their sellers and agents than an old-fashioned combination lockbox. We designed CodeBox to work smoothly for individual agents and companies instead of just for an entire MLS. CodeBox agreements are so flexible that MLSes can even roll out the system in stages instead of taking a huge hit to the bottom line all at once. In addition, it can be rolled out as your organization is finishing out an existing lockbox contract allowing for a seamless transition.
