The clearest difference is rating: 伴鱼绘本 at 4.6 against 儿歌多多动画版's 3.6. 伴鱼绘本 also leads on ratings volume (3.5K vs 8) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). 儿歌多多动画版's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 11) and review sentiment (90% vs 62%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

伴鱼绘本 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 伴鱼绘本 has 3.5K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of 儿歌多多动画版's written reviews are positive against 62% of 伴鱼绘本's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
